1. Personal Use

• Unless you have purchased a merchant’s license, the content we provide is exclusively for your personal use. Do not download if you disagree with these terms.
• We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our STL files strictly for personal purposes.

2. Copyright

• Black Friar Games owns and maintains the copyright to the STL files, protected under intellectual property laws.

3. Prohibited Actions

• You are not allowed to sell, share, or distribute the STL files or related materials to anyone else without written permission from Black Friar Games. Unauthorized actions may lead to legal action.

4. Modification and Reuse

• You may resize or alter the STL files for better printing results, but you cannot share or distribute these modified versions.
• Editing the STL files or using parts of them to create new content for other projects, brands, Kickstarter campaigns, Patreon campaigns, or any crowdfunding platforms is prohibited.

5. Mass Production

• Creating molds or engaging in any form of mass production of our models is not allowed.

6. Media Use

• You can take photos or make videos featuring our models (e.g., painting or 3D printing) as long as you credit Black Friar Games. Promoting our website
  (www.blackfriargames.com) is appreciated.

7. Merchant License

• Those who have purchased a merchant’s license can sell physical prints of our models (not the digital files). All other restrictions, including the prohibition of using our files for new games or crowdfunding projects, still apply. This license may last for a limited or an unlimited time as specified at point of sale.

8. Merchant License Rules

• The Merchant Tier is for home-based businesses using personal printers, not for mass production. Black Friar Games reserves the right to assess and enforce compliance, including revoking a Merchant License if necessary.
• Online sales of 3D prints must reference Black Friar Games as the creator of the models. Sharing a link to our website (www.blackfriargames.com) and/or including our logo on listing images is appreciated but not obligated.

• Black Friar Games makes no express or implied warranties, guarantees or representations whatsoever with respect to the files or services provided under this agreement.
